1. Upper Trap Stretch (Always Anchor): Perform Lateral Flexion – Placing Hand on top.
2. Levator Scapulae Stretch (Like you are smelling your Armpit).
3. SCM Stretch - Hands on Sternum, Pulling Down and Leaning Backwards.
