About this Video
This video is Dr. Ben and Dr. Callum, Mornington Peninsula Chiropractors, instructing on how to use your Cervical Traction Device (Denneroll) in the middle position correctly.
- Denneroll spinal remodeling devices are based on tested Chiropractic BioPhysics® techniques and evidence-based, sagittal plane curve models.
- The apex of the Denneroll orthotic is placed in the mid-cervical region (C4-C6).
- This position allows extension bending of the mid-upper cervical segments while causing slight posterior head translation.
THE DENNEROLL IS TO BE USED ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF YOUR CHIROPRACTOR.
Prescription
Start with 3 minutes.
Add 1 minute each morning AND night.
Continue this, working up to 15 minutes.
