About this Video

I would never tell or give my patients anything that I would not do myself.

Here are my 3 Personal Tips for Posture.

- Stand up more - stand up desk: Most people have this around the wrong way! 70/30 Standing is the way to go!

- Foam Roller/Posture Pole: Long Foam roller best. Lay along spine 10-15minutes.

- Frequent breaks: Change position and move around. Sustained posture is anything after 10mins - change it up!
