About this Video

Hey Champ,

I'm often asked, “What exercises can I do to help my back?” Now whilst I know the patient would really like to do some exercises to help their low back often, they just never get around to doing them.

Would you love ONE simple exercise that could help your nagging Low Back Pain? Then watch this Short Video.

One of the most important muscles in the body that gives us power, is our gluteal muscles. The BOOTY muscles. It drives much of the strength, stability and support for much of our daily living.

Sadly, for many of us its only use is that of a cushion between our bony pelvis and the chair. With all the sitting we do it has got weaker and weaker.

This Simple Chair Squat Exercise will help you reactivate it, wake it up and over time build up it’s strength again.

Give it a go.

Cheers Dr. Ben and Dr Callum

Ps. Remember to forward this exercise video to someone who needs to work on their back health.
