WARNING! You are stretching wrong!

​Today I am going to share with you the key mistakes I see when people are stretching and why they are not getting the greatest benefit.
I commonly see patients ‘stretching’, but stretching the wrong muscles or simply stretching wrong and wasting time! Yes you can stretch incorrectly!

  1. Always anchor the muscle to get far more out of your stretches!

  2. We need to be holding for a minimum of 30seconds!! Otherwise we actually have not changed the muscle tissue at all!

Don’t Yank or Pull on your neck! This can flare up the muscles and worse lock the joints in your neck making your pain or Headaches worse!
