Hey Team,
I commonly see patients coming in after dealing with headaches every day for weeks/months/years and I want to tell you today that this is NOT normal!

Headaches are your body telling you that something isn't quite right.
I want to share with you my Top 3 Tips that you can start doing RIGHT now that I share with every patient that has suffered from headaches!
  1. Water - dehydration is so commonly a big cause of headaches and we need to be drinking more.

  2. Pillows - We need support with our pillows - too high or too low will effect your neck and influence headaches.​

  3. Stress/Anxiety - Breathing/Meditation - Recognise that it is stress that is the cause and manage that stress.
