For veterans
You served. Now let us look after you.
Gold and White Card holders are welcome here. With your card and a GP referral, we bill DVA directly, so there's nothing for you to pay for covered care.
DVA appointments are booked by phone, so Michelle or Mercedes can check your card and referral.

Your card
Which card do you have?
New-look cards are being re-issued from July 2026. Older cards still work, even if they show as expired.

Gold Card
Veteran Card – All Conditions
With a GP referral and a clinical need, your chiropractic care is covered for any condition. We bill DVA directly.

White Card
Veteran Card – Specific Conditions
Covered when your care is for a service-related condition DVA has accepted. With a GP referral, we bill DVA directly for that care.
How it works
Four steps. We handle the rest.
- Get a referral. Ask your GP (or specialist) for a DVA referral to a chiropractor. It's often written on a D0904 referral form.
- Call us to book. 03 9787 8518. Tell us you're coming under DVA.
- Bring your Veteran Card and referral to your first appointment.
- We bill DVA directly. There's nothing to pay at the desk for covered care.
Good to know
- A referral covers up to 12 sessions or 1 year, whichever comes first. Your GP can write a new one when it runs out.
- There's no limit on the number of referral cycles.
- DVA won't cover chiropractic, physio and osteopathy for the same condition at the same time, so let us know about any other care.
- Seen another chiropractor in the last 12 months? Tell us, so we can keep DVA in the loop.
Your first visit
Same care as everyone else. Done properly.
Your first appointment is a full new patient appointment: your story and service history, posture pictures, and a thorough spine and nerve check. Then a report of findings, in plain English, before we start.
Free parking at the door, and an accessible entrance.
To everyone who has served, and to the families who served alongside them: thank you.
Lest we forget.
