The first visit, step by step
- New patient appointment (30–40 minutes). Your story, posture pictures, and a thorough chiropractic, orthopaedic and neurological check. Whether you're adjusted that day is up to the clinical judgement of your chiropractor. Often more testing comes first.
- X-rays, if needed. Only when your history and check point to them. The imaging clinic we refer to bulk bills X-rays our chiropractors request.
- Report of findings appointment ($95). What we found, in plain English, and what we'd do about it.
The new patient appointment is $125 when you book online through this website (usually $195). New practice members only, one per person.
Fees and funding

- Medicare: with a GP chronic condition management plan and referral, $63.40 per eligible visit, up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year shared across providers.
- DVA: Gold Card and White Card (accepted conditions) holders with a GP referral, billed directly.
- WorkSafe and TAC: pay on the day, claim it back from the scheme.
