What care involves
A plan you understand, built around you.
We take a full history of the accident and check your neck movement, muscles and nerves carefully, and look at your upper back and shoulders too.
Care may include adjustments, soft-tissue work and graded exercises to rebuild movement and strength. Hurt on the road in Victoria? You can come in under your TAC claim. You pay us on the day and claim it back.
If we can't help, we'll tell you. No runaround, and no being kept on the books for the sake of it.

It's common for whiplash symptoms to build over the following days as inflammation and muscle guarding set in.

Your spine talks to your brain.
The muscles around every vertebra are packed with sensors that tell your brain where your body is and how it's moving. When a joint stops moving well, that conversation breaks down, and pain is one of the signals. That's why we check your spine and nerves, not just where it hurts.
Research in people with neck pain has measured changes in how the cerebellum and motor cortex coordinate movement after an adjustment, and in how the eyes track as the trunk moves after 8 weeks of care. Whiplash itself wasn't studied, but it shows why we check the nervous system, not just the sore spot.
